Hi

I have tried to set up the forums to restrict access to support forums to only a specific group, but they are unable to click any of the links I have highlighted in RED in the attached screenshots. They cannot post a Question.

I've check all the settings I can find, but still no luck - what have I done wrong?

Hi,

The function in wpForo may not work due to several reasons, including JavaScript errors or conflicts with caching plugins.

To fix this, you should exclude wpForo pages from caching in your cache plugin settings. Also, check your browser console (press F12) for any JavaScript errors when trying to edit posts, as these errors can indicate the root cause.

Thanks. I will investigate in the console first as I notice this issue is actually affect all groups, even Admins.

I resolved this strange issue.

Another Admin had added a header image to the top of the forums using a Divi Module. Something was not correct however which had the effect of blocking the hyperlinks on the forum page.

I deleted the header image module, and everything was working well.
