If you view my members pages - 

https://www.urbanfiction.org/community/members/?wpfpaged=3

https://www.urbanfiction.org/community/members/?wpfpaged=4

You will see that the member  Aaron Wingfield appears twice and all the details are the same because both entries point to:  https://www.urbanfiction.org/community/profile/aaron-wingfield/

This is the same member account. I have checked in WP users and wpForo users and they are there only one user account. I have cleared wpForo cache and still it remains the same.

How is this happening and how can it be resolved?

Hi SamHunter,

I'm sorry but I have no clue. This maybe a database issue. I recommend check, repair and optimize wp_users and wp_wpforo_profile tables.  I'll let our developer know about this issue...
