Love this plug-in, but have 2 questions we're hoping to get help with:
1) We do not want to display the list of members on the forum so is it possible to either: a) not show them or b) not have the "Members" tab appear
2) Is it possible for an Admin to manually add a member? If so, how?

It's like you add a new user for WordPress. Go to Dashboard > Users > Add users and register new user for your website, he/she will become forum member automatically.
