Hello all, I have a club site built on WP with Memberpress and WPforo as the forum. I have noticed that none of the avatars are showing, to add insult to injury, I'm also using Buddypress for PMs so I dont know if that is the issue.

I have verified that the WP avatars are enabled and WPforo, any help would be appreciated

Hi @webmasterstinsonclub-org,

I think this is affection from some optimizer plugin, it tries to use "Lazy Load", it tries to turn image into Base64 content and some more. All these are not wpForo functions, so I recommend delete all caches, and disable image manipulations for optimization.

Thanks Robert, Lazy Load in Envira Gallery was the problem. I turn that off, cleared the Cache and then the Avatars showed! Thanks so much for the help.

Next question. Look at this screenshot and you will see my avatar is 90 degrees rotated. The original photo is NOT rotated, so can I edit that in WPForo? I notice others are NOT rotated. Weird.

The image can be shown correct on your devices, but it doesn't mean the image is not rotated originally. I recommend rotate that image to 360 degrees in your devices and save again. Then delete the avatar and upload it again with new filename.

@anonymous20 is right,

@webmasterstinsonclub-org You have lots of JS errors and these errors will kill all front-end actions of all your plugins. wpForo is affected too. All wpForo buttons cannot work on this website. The JS errors come from Elementor Pro plugin. i think the problem comes from your cache and HTML/JS optimizer plugin. That plugin optimized Elementor Pro JS files and damaged those. Please disable all cache and optimizer plugins. those are not compatible with Elementor Pro and wpForo.

Thanks Robert, do you think its this plugin from SiteGround causing those issues?

It's hard to say. I recommend disable this plugin, delete all caches, then go to forum front-end and try to edit or delete some post. All those actions buttons are based on JS functions. If those work then the issue is solved.
