Please let us know are you using caches plugins? If yes, please exclude the wpForo page from this plugin.Â
You use "o2switch PowerBoost" webserver and that _could_ have some caching. I have no idea what "o2switch PowerBoost" actually is.
btw: you have right now TWO SEO instances in wpForo page. Remove Yoast from wpForo base page.

Sure but "powerboost" is the webserver signature of your site and maybe it means something. So double check if some caching is active.
As for Yoast, just use SEO FRAMEWORK excellent plugin. Very light.

I have not touched my server configuration since the beginning (3-4 months), except that the problem only exists for about 1 month, without changing anything in plugin or other.
