I have setup general discussion forum, and in the description was to be discussions, and questions be posted in the questions and answer forum, but we get questions in the wrong forums, as replies, and can't find a way to moderate and move the question to the right forum topic .. this is basic, please help me understand thanks

Open the topic, under the topic title press Tools button, choose move topic, select the forum or category and press Move button
@chris i don't want to move the topic only the reply in the topic , they asked a question in the wrong topic as a reply

The correct place for all questions is the wpForo.com
You're inserting a wrong target topic URL. Make sure the topic URL is taken from the first post URL or from the first page of the topic.
Also, it's better to remove the #post-xxxxx part from the end of the topic.
