I have installed a tool called SE Ranking and it shows multiple rel="canonical" tags with separate URLs being specified on the same page as a serious error.
Is there anything we need to do about this?

Please note that wpForo has its own SEO features and it shows correct canonical URL in the forum pages. The second canonical URL comes from SEO SIMPLE PACK plugin. You should contact SEO SIMPLE PACK plugin and ask them for a way to turn off this plugin for the main forum page /community/. SEO SIMPLE PACK doesn't detect wpForo forums and topics so it always shows incorrect canonical URL.
