hi, i'd like users to go through the approval process when posting a new topic, but avpid the approval when replying to a topic.

is that possible? maybe a PHP tweak?

oh sure there is.. but seems i have to find it myself and add one if statement to the approval procedure.. it will be though hard for me to find, therefore I asked for a help
