You've enabled "Turn Wordpress to wpForo" option and i think you did some incorrect configuration.

1. Make sure the Forum page is not deleted. There should be a Page in Dashboard > Pages admin page, which contains [wpforo] shortcode.

2. Make sure you've not deleted forum base URL in Dashboard > Forums > Settings admin page. It should be community/ or something else, but not empty.

3. If you just want to show forum on home you should not use "Turn Wordpress to wpForo" option, there is a simpler way to set forum on home page. This option disables whole WordPress front-end, read this do before using this option:
