[Closed] Password Reset Email Issues

When a user uses the lost password link the email that is sent is generated at the bottom of this page in wpforo settings: wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-settings&tab=emails.The email received is in plain text and none of the [shortcodes] render to html links as required. it is therefore impossible for the user to follow the link to reset their password. Other emails (subscribe to topic for example) work correctly.The from email address is wordpress@mydomain.com despite the fact that this email address appears nowhere in my wordpress installation (yes, I have searched the db using myphp).Is there any way of turning off this email in wpforo so the system uses the default wordpress email?Thanks

Hi @webzucker,

This is an old issue and it doesn't have any relation to current issue. The current problem is the missing of reset password URL in email. This problem is just fixed. We're releasing wpForo 1.4.9 version in a few minutes. Please update wpForo once you got update notification in Dashboard > Plugins admin page.
