Every time a user tries to reset their password. Everything works except when they click on the email and then put their new password. It says invalid password link. However, when I turn off WPForo the pw reset works. Any ideas?

 

I have tried everything thanks!

Hi @rabah,

All process of user registration and password resting are being done by WordPress. wpForo does nothing there. Please disable all plugins, it seems you have a plugin which affects WP login/register/lostpassword form and check again.

@alvina I am using LearnDash. When I turn off the wpforo plugin the password reset works. So it is a conflict between LearnDash and WPForo? Thank you!
