It seems to be related to postname Permalinks
(The only thing I could found is somebody with the same problem: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/353886/plain-to-postname-permalinks-not-working)

This is a hosting setup problem, mod_rewrite is not installed correctly or wrongly tuned.
