I've solved it by removing the submenus.
But now when I press the buttons on my profile submenus turns red as the button where you are located and wanted it to be black like as the background.
How to change the color button My Profile?

You can add borders with different colors to all menus. I hope you have CSS skills. A one px white or grey border will keep those look separate.
