Hello, I just updated to 1.8.1 and now I am having a problem with my Ads Manager add on.  My banner ads now extend off of the page.  I tried resetting my Forum Cache but it didn't help.  There is a note that recommends updating add on's but I can't find that option.

How can I fix this?

Thanks,

Charley

Hi @charleyh,

We I just checked and have not found any issue. Please explain the problem with some screenshot. I attached what we see.

The banner ads that I see don't resize for different screen sizes.  Here is an example.

Thanks for the help,

Charley

I just tried using an "Incognito window" and it seems to work properly, but with an existing user screen (even if I am logged out) the images don't resize properly.

@charleyh,

1.Ok, then this is your local browser cache issue. Please delete your browser cache:

https://www.google.com/search?q=delete+browser+cache

2. Press Ctrl+F5 on forum front-end if you're using PC or [CMD] + [ALT] + [E] if it's Mac/ Safari,

3. If you have any cache plugin, please exclude the main forum page from your cache plugin. More information in this FAQ topic: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

Thank you.  The updates for the add ones came through and that fixed the problem.  Clearing the browser cash was also helpful.

Thank you very much.
