wpForo 1.x.x [Closed] Problem with Opening the Forum site

When I open the page of my site being logged in as admin i can see the forum.But when I'm logged in with another user name and open the page where the forum is supposed to be i can't see it - can you help me?

So I followed the instruction given in the forum concerning this warning but when I try to execute the SQL I get an Error as can be seen in the .png

I love the forum, I translated the menu and also already made some forums and stuff so I would really love to use it,...
but I am a noob with SQL and the likes...
so hopefully you can help me 🙁
