Some users are reporting to me that, when they click on the link they receive by email, to create their password, after subscription, they are redirected to the connexion page, not the page to create their password. What's strange, is that it works for many, not for some.
Anything I can do about this ?

Hi @le-bear,
We have checked the email, and found that the link is changed in the template, and that can be the reason. User don't get wpForo default direct link but customized link, so you need to find what's the reason of that, it can be a plugin or a custom code or something else.
