Assuming Publitio doesn't work with WP Foro.
Didn't see it mentioned anywhere and pasting in the video URL isn't "embedding" the video in WP Foro posts.
Asking to verify if that's why.

You should check out wpForo Embeds addon for embedding video URLs in the content: https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-embeds/

I have the following Add-ons installed: wpForo Embeds, Advanced Attachments and User Custom Fields.
When I paste in the URL from Publitio nothing happens - no video. Just the naked URL.
I attached a screen shot.
