I have multiple sections/sub-forums in my forum but the urls are becoming too big. For example:

https://www.paradigmshift.com.pk/community-forum/international-universities-forum/national-university-of-singapore-adb-scholarships-2025/

I wanted to ask a few questions. 

Is it fine SEO wise if I can change the url. In the above example, I would change international-universities-forum to international-universities.

Will this hurt SEO or is it okay?

Secondly, even if I make this change, I think the urls will still be too long as the titles of the posts are long. From the above you can see the title of the post is university of singapore abd scholarships 2025. I have read that it is important to have your title in the url so is there any other way I can make this shorter?
