I recently encountered an issue on my website where a registered user reported that they couldn't access certain members-only features. Specifically, they couldn’t see the Members Page Overview in the menu, access their Mailbox, or view any forum content.
I verified their account and confirmed that they are properly registered and assigned to the correct user group. However, when I tested with another user from the same group, everything worked fine.
This seems to be an isolated issue affecting only one user. Could this be related to user permissions, caching, or session handling? Has anyone experienced something similar, and what steps would you recommend to troubleshoot and fix the issue?
Thanks in advance for your insights!
FYI: my website: Scripotime.com
Hi,
If you have any cache plugins installed on your website, please read this FAQ: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/#post-37150
Next step, please carefully read this FAQ to make sure you've correctly configured the Usergroups Permissions and Forum Accesses: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wordpress-user-roles-wpforo-usergroups-and-forum-accesses/#post-39664
Hi, thank you for your response. I use no cache plugin and everything seems fine regarding the usergroups. The person who cannot view the forum is set as a registered user just like other users who can access the forum without any issue...
I sent you an email to solve this issue privately thank you !
