I am making a discussion forum that is entirely private. I really don't want guests to have any option other than to register (which I have set to require approval). I don't want them to see newest member, latest post, recent post, any of that.
Any recommendations how to lock this down fully? Specifically, for now, I don't want them seeing this at the front end, as a person can see on this page here (attached)
Under Forums > Usergroups > Guest (edit) I have unchecked every single item available there (nothing is checked). In an attempt to do this generally, I have gone into Forums > Settings > Features and disabled "Show Forum Statistic" (NO) entirely. For some reason, the stat info can still be seen by random visitors (guest) at the front end to visit the page. I cleared the cache under Forums > Dashboard > Delete All Caches
Thoughts, help? This is my first post here, and this is also my first ever experience creating a forum of my own on my own website, so just keep that in mind. Thanks!
Hi @d4nnyb0y02,
First of all, thank you for using wpForo.

All recommendations can be found under the private forum tag.

If you use some other cache plugins please delete those plugins caches a*s well. Also please don't forget to press CTRL+F5 (twice) on forum frontend forum before checking.
