Hello community/team,

The visual editor just shows this(image attached) while trying to use the reply feature.

Any idea how this can be fixed? It appears it just got stuck. Any settings that need to be taken care of?

I checked and the footer.php has the code

<?php wp_footer(); ?>

suggested in the topic.

Then this is a JS error. First please delete all caches and purge CDN if you have. If the problem exists please disable other plugins and check it again.

This is probably LiteSpeed Cache issue. You should exclude forum home page from LiteSpeed Cache. I see it's enabled for forum page. Please read this instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
