Hello

How do I set up the receiver email for post moderation when a post is reported?

And does the reported post become inactive once reported?

Hi @activatevision,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Emails > Post Reporting Emails section and check it. More info here: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/topics-posts/report-a-post/

And does the reported post become inactive once reported?

No. After you click the Report abuse button, you will be asked to state your reasons for reporting abuse. Forum admins will receive a message and then take a closer look at the situation.

Thank you! I checked the set up in emails... See attachment. Is this correct in terms of the settings that will route the report to the admins? I don't see where their emails go here?

You're looking at the wrong section.

What you are after is at the top of that screen you are looking at.

Hi... so here are 2 screenshots... One is the top of the section for reporting.

The other is the top of the page with the admins emails. Are these set up correctly so that the admins will receive the reported post?

@activatevision,

 Are these set up correctly so that the admins will receive the reported post?

yes, as I already mentioned forum admins will receive a reported message.

Regarding the @fawp suggestion, in the "Forum Admins email addresses" option you can simply fill all email addresses of forum administrators( Comma separated) to get forum notifications, including post report messages.

Hi @alvina

From the screenshot, @activatevision seems to have put in the "FROM Email Address" two addresses.

This is wrong, isn't it? You're supposed to use only one address in there aren't you?

@fawp,

yes, you are right, there should be only one email address.

@activatevision, Please remove one of the email addresses. See the screenshot below:
