I want to create a site with reviews ,i think that i will use jreviews addon, and i want to know if it is possible, when i add one item for reviewing it, to create a topic in the forum to discuss about it.
Like guitars > company>model
for every model that i add to have a discussion about it.

I think the wpForo Cross Posting addon will do this. If jreviews addon reviews are a simple custom post types then wpForo Cross Posting addon will add a admin setting box on the review edit screen to allow you cross-post it in forum as a new topic.
