For example, we have three forums F1, F2, and we need to allow registered users to posts topics and posts only in F2 forum.
At first, create new Forum Access called “Custom registered Access” with enabled permissions, Disable the “Can create topic” and “Can post reply” permissions.
Then edit and configuration the F2 forum permissions. Change and attach the new “Custom registered Access” to Guest Usergroup.
