It seems that forum admins have access to ALL members of all usergroups.

Is there a way that the Forum Administrator of Usergroup1 has no access to the memberlist of Usergroup2?

Hi @mhit,

wpForo doesn't have that kind of option.

Many thanks for your quick response and support!
This is probably possible by using BuddyPress for creating groups with their own group admin, and using these groups in wpForo... I hope I'm right...
wpForo is still a great plugin and I will also buy the extensions as soon as it's configured correctly.

@mhit,

By default, we don't have such integration with Buddy Press, and not sure that that could work without a custom code, but you can try/test that part.

Hi Chris,
Thanks so much for your great help! Thanks to your helpful responses and after testing and trying for a while, it all looks quite clear to me now!

In the end, it seems unnecessary to have user groups with their own member list and group admin, since users should better keep track of their own user data as much as possible.

Besides, the Ultimate Members plugin also seems to solve some issues I was struggling with, for example limiting the access rights of WP Admin userroles.

Really happy with wpForo! It looks splendid! Big thanks again!
