I clicked on Forum Settings 》Features 》Show Forum Title 》No

But still the title is visible.

I had to change setting from WordPress Page setting and check hide page title.

Is it a bug?

Please record some video that shows the bug, We couldn't find such an issue on our test websites. 

Also, see the option-component relations on this screenshot, make sure you've checked the right component.

Found it out. This was an issue with Wordpress Theme. Marked it solved.
