I have Wishlist Member installed at https://mikecowles.com and several hundred people that have bought various software and training, but I'm creating a new forum with WPForo and don't want to show non-forum members in the members area.
Any idea how to hide them from other forum members and only show the "levels" (wishlist member term) that are signed up for the forum?

I'm sorry but there is no any filter for this page. However you can hide Members List using Usergroup Permissions. More info here:
