I need to track all topics by ID and show it to all users, is this possible ?

Thanks a Lot. I've seen this support post, but it's not what I would like to have.
I need to make the ID clear and easy to see, not from an URL. The ideal solution would be to have it at the head of each topic.

I'm really sorry, but there is no simple solution I can post here. You should find some developer to do this custom work for you.
