Hi @koral1990

Please check it using other devices and browsers. Emoji is not wpForo part, this is loaded from WordPress and from Emoji providers. These are binary content which may not support on some devices or browsers. Even this can be site specific issue. Something affects them. So you should also try to disable all plugins and change the theme.
