I have a problem, my users click on the send a topic button several times and as a result there are as many topics as there are times they click.
Can we prohibit sending messages for 1 minute (example) after the first sending?

There should not be such issue. wpForo blocks the submit button preventing users to click the same button multiple times. I think something is wrong with your website which affects the button blocking process. You may have JS errors or this problem coms from conflicting with other plugins.
