checked the string translation section of WPML and the texts at registration page aren't there. Kindly help me with translating these. see attachment

Please install the Loco Translate plugin. Find and translate those phrases. It should work fine.
I'm unable to find these phrases here, we need to translate our custom field text, the option to translate them is missing
Those are created by you, those are not a static phrases so they had no any chance to be in POT translation file. This is the reason you can't find these phrases. There is no way to predict what phrase you can use and put those in plugin translation files. So you should add those dynamically.
The only way is installing Loco Translate plugin and adding custom fields names as new translation phrases in plugin POT file or in your preferred language PO file, then translate to different languages.
