In order to do some checks I would need to be able to verify for example if all the beta testers of the hidden group "Beta Tester" are subscribed to the main threads and then if everyone receives an email warning of the presence of a new post / announcement.
In addition to the list is there the possibility to check if they receive emails and email addresses are correct and have they been verified?
In addition to this it would be convenient to have a list of all users allowed to view the hidden group.

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Topics & Posts admin page and make sure the following two options are enabled. See the screenshot below:
