great new additions! especially the on site notifications.

1. mentions are not included, are the plans to add it in future updates?

2. the notifications overlap on the widget underneath it.

I followed your instructions but still the same.

Hi @thecaptain,

Set more z-index, set it 999999999 and leave some URL to your website.

Why you're not deleting the cache? In my first reply I asked you delete the cache, because you have no chance to see any change if the cache still returns the old CSS. At the moment I see CSS files are cached, optimized by some plugin.

Ok, some strange things going on your sidebar. The CSS z-index rule doesn't affect it. I think there is some JS code which always put it over.

I recommend disable Notification Bell on widget, because You have another Bell on forum menu next to the search icon.

I recommend disable Notification Bell on widget, because You already have another Bell on forum menu next to the search icon. No need to duplicate this icon. We'll continue to investigate such issues...

Thank you @thecaptain,

Just leave enabled the notifications in Settings > Features Admin page. And check the "Hide Notification Bell" option in Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Profile and notifications Widget settings.

you think the theme developers can do something about this issue?

my previous question. any plans to add mentions to the live notifications?

Yes, they can help us to understand why the theme widgets cannot be overlapped by z-index.

my previous question. any plans to add mentions to the live notifications?

In 90% cases when you mention somebody you click on "quote" or "reply" button. So all those are replies to some reply and all those are already included in notification list. Thus, the 90% mentioned replies will be notified for sure.

However, there maybe single posts with mentioning, which are not replies to your post. So yes, we'll add it in next update to cover all 100% cases.

already sent them a message.

for the meantime, would it be possible to change the color of the notification bell and the number beside it?

What color style you use? Please make sure the #20 color is set #FF812D . Don't forget to delete cache after each change.

hi @robert

got this working already, theme support was able to fix it as well the missing font awesome icons.

just a follow-up, would it possible to make member activity in mobile view 3 columns instead of just 1?

Pu this CSS code in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles > Custom CSS Code textarea, save it, delete all caches, go to forum front-end and press Ctrl+F5 to reset browser cache.

#wpforo #wpforo-wrap .wpf-profile-section .wpf-statbox {width: 32%;min-width: auto;margin: 0 1% 1% 0;}
#wpforo #wpforo-wrap .wpf-profile-section .wpf-statbox .wpf-statbox-title { white-space: normal;min-height: 70px;}
#wpforo #wpforo-wrap .wpf-profile-section .wpf-statbox .wpf-statbox-body { padding: 10px 2px;}

Important: user private session of your browser on mobile devices to see the change, otherwise you'll not see that, mobile browsers have a hard cache.
