This is a very strong conflict with either your active theme CSS or with some plugin CSS. This cannot be fixed until the conflicter is not removed. I'm closing this duplicated topic. Please read my reply here: https://wpforo.com/community/wpforo-showcase/manval-ru/#post-52045
