Where can I found the 3 other themes, other than Classic? I found only classic in the directory
The classic theme includes three layouts, those already in classic theme. The "Extended", "Simplified" and "Question & Answer" layouts are the subPart of forum theme. You can set Layouts on Forums admin page. All forums inherit the layout of parent category (blue one in forum admin page). You can edit the category and change layout.
