Is there a way to place a topic on another section of my webpage by linking? I want to take my hunt results topic and put it under my score board results on the same webpage on a different page.

You can do it via the wpForo shortcode:
If you want to load the topic with ID = 10 you can use the following shortcode:
[wpforo item="topic" id="10"]
