all those are editable through dashboard ( Menus, Forums, Page Title ). And yes you can also take part in Russian translation. Here is the wpForo translation section:

Hi Robert, thanks for prompt comments.

For some reason I cannot select Russian language from drop down list in the Forum settings, it only shows English. How do I fix it? Can I download a language XML file anywhere? Please see attached.

Please ignore the language switcher in plugin settings page. It's only for XML languages. wpForo RU.po will be activated automatically once you switch or installed WordPress language to Russian.

Hi Robert, 

I've added some new translations, and now about 450 phrases have been translated, but not approved by the moderator yet. Could you please ask the moderator to go through them? Or I could also become a moderator, however I'm not sure how to - please advise.
