Im trying to get help with the plug in for wp foro iv'e never experienced difficulties before. it just keeps loading when i try to activate it now. If someone can help I don’t know any reason I can’t activate the forum plug in other then the size of the network at over 100000 members is there a limit?

Disable all cache and optimizer plugins and read this topic:
Deactivate other plugins and check it. If the problem is fixed, then you should activate them one by one, check after each plugin activation and find the problem maker.
