I end up with an error like this:

Can't add forum.

This error occurs only in the child sites. In the primary domain, there seems to be no issues.

Could you please deactivate wpForo for this sub-site and activate it again. Then check it. If the problem exists, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab, click on [Tables] sub-tab and find the _wpforo_forums table. Take a screenshot of that table and leave it here. Also please check the [Server] and [Issues & Errors] sub-tubs. Copy / paste the server information here, if you see any error in [Issues & Errors] sub-tubs please let us know.

I deactivated and activated again. It did the trick. Got resolved the issue.
