For some reason, I am unable to add posts or topics?  I don't know if I set something up incorrectly, but I followed the tutorial.

 

Any help?

Your forum URL please. It seems you have some JS errors coming from other plugins, or you've not excluded the forum page from your cache plugin: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
