For some reason Users on my sites cant load user photos or Cover photos. When they try to upload a photo they can get to the upload and crop screen but can't click on the "Apply" button. The Apply button a appears to be active and changes color when the cursor hovers above it, however on the bottom of the screen (when hovering over the button) there is a message at the bottom of the screen that says "javascript:void(0); .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly, if you have some cache plugin installed on your website, please make sure everything is configured correctly as it's mentioned here: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/#post-37150
Next, this kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme. Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker.
Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
@sofy, Thank you for helping. I deactivated all of my plug ins one by one, and changed themes. But I am still having the same issue. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if it helps, but I am running the Hello Elementor theme.
