You've configured the recaptcha wrong. Please make sure you created keys for Version 2 "I'm Not robot" checkbox. Don't use version 3 or invisible solutions. In any case we cannot help you to fix your configuration, you should create correct site keys for correct recaptcha widget, so please remove current created keys and projects from google and create a new one. Make sure your website has valid SSL certificate.
Once keys are created don't forget put them in wpForo > Settings > reCAPTCHA admin page.
