When viewing a members profile who has more than 1,000 topics created their profile incorrectly shows 1 topic created. Similarly for those with more than 2,000 it shows 2, and so on.

The number is correctly shown in the /participants/ listing of multiple members, it's just when viewing the /participant/username that the topic count doesn't show correctly as mentioned above.

This issue doesn't apply to total forum post count.

We have attempted to update the user, forum and topic statistics and deleted the cache, but this has no resolved the issues.

@sofy our community is only accessible via login credentials. If there's a private way to share a test account with you I can do this if necessary. Please let me know.

Hi @vanessa,

This is a translation issue. It seems you've deleted the {number}K , {number}M and other suffixes in translation files. The numbers should be 1K, 2K. So the K has been cleared from your phrase settings.

Please go to wpForo > Phrases admin page and search for these phrases and make sure the K and M and other suffixes exist.

@robert thanks for your reply.

The K and M settings in phrases are there (see attached). In fact other items like reactions correctly use the K suffix.

Is there something else you can suggest or is it perhaps a bug for the team to fix?

Thanks
