Hi,
A user who asked me delete an account some time ago is trying to sign back up but they are getting this error message:
send holds this user name and email address
I am assuming they are using the same details as previous and the error message seems to suggest to me that somewhere the old details are still knocking around but I cannot find any references to the old account in the database or dashboard.
Any help much appreciated,

We've just tested on our test websites and couldn't find such an issue. Watch the following video attachment:

Maybe you use another plugin, that effects on user deletion process. It just trashes the user and doesn't delete it completely.
Please deactivate all other plugins and test again. Then activate one by one and check after each deactivation.
