Hello?

I would like guests to be able to see the forum lists and topic lists, but can not read them until they register and sign-in.

Can you please tell me how to do this?

Hi @iwrtn45,

I'm sorry but that's not possible. If a forum or topic is not readable for guest then they don't have permission to see the list (titles) too. The titles of forums and topics are also contents, the permission system doesn't allow to display any type of content if it's not permitted for current visitor.
