Smells like a hosting problem. Usually the above means NO access in php TMP folder (to save sessions ?). But not sure this is the case.
Is this sudden ? Works without wpForo enabled ? You don't give us any details.
This is a server problem, it tries to open session file in your server /var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea3/ directory, but it can't find it. Maybe your server disk space is full or something else. As a result of the first issue wpForo is being affected and it also return error. But the initial error doesn't have relation to wpForo it's server issue.

hum i haven't access to my admin account on the website, so i can't remove WpForo. So i can't test if that work without Wpforo
and yes , it's sudden, there are 2 days ago, the website works fine. I didn't make any update.
