Where can I change the name of this title? I want to change it from 'Recent Posts' to 'Recent Discussions'. (Screenshot Attached)

I know I can change the main forum title, but can't find an option for the other pages.

All phrases can be changed in Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page, just edit the phrase you want and change it. More info in the documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/translation/quick-translation-phrases/
