My forum is very new and I can't figure out why there are this many groups and prefixes. What can I do to mass delete these?

I think you have to do this via the database  (xx_wpforo_prefixes)

but for paid addons you should ask this at gVectors Support Forum

same problem here > Just installed Topic Prefix addon and already have over 20,000 prefixes
