I am very new to WordPress. I need to install the forums on my website for that I followed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlD_EeqozR4
But when I publish it I can not see the same as it supposed to be. I have attached the screenshot how it looks like on website. or you can see here: https://lass.sogang.ac.kr/community/
It seems like the forum is not picking up CSS.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

Looking at ALL your pages (forum and other) they do not fully load (check the html source) or do not render correctly.
Not sure why.
Enable Wordpress debug to a log and check.
