Just open the attached file please. Is that normal? I'm seeing like that in my websites and also here. What's the reason for that? I couldn't find the solution on old questions.

Please check it on other devices and browsers. Maybe this is a device pr browser specific issue.

@robert I have tried with Opera, Brave and Chrome on the same PC. No firewall, no adblocker, javacript is enabled but they are all the same.
But when I tried on an android phone, it's way better. Not all of them are showing but only 5-6 are missing like that.

I can see all of the emojis without a problem now. The difference is that I gave up windows 7 and upgraded to win10. So I got new browsers too. That must be the reason.
